With three full baths and a practical bedroom layout, everyone enjoys privacy and rejuvenation—whether you’re here to disconnect or reconnect.

The lower-level family room is perfect for stashing gear, and the on-site laundry keeps your adventure wardrobe fresh. Bring your dog along to join the fun—dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee (see restrictions for details)! Please be aware that some resort amenities and special events are only available in certain seasons and may require advance reservations or additional fees. Note: Construction activity may be present elsewhere in the community, but main trails and recreation areas remain fully accessible.

  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • While enjoying your stay at The Guardian Bear Lodge, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course
    • 24/7 Dollar General Concept store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail
    • Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary)
    • Fire Pit
    • Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served
    • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. Please note all visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
  • No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • The main level parking area offers free parking and a Level 2 EV charger.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • The home offers a generator in case of loss of power.
  • Amenities provided include towels, bed linens, cooking basics, climate control, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, BBQ grill, hot tub, TV, ironing board and iron, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide detector.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Property Condition and Neighborhood Notes

  • This property is currently undergoing replacement of exterior stone. No masons will be working on the property during reservations, but there may be areas of stone missing from the outside, and some equipment or materials stored on the property. The picnic and firepit areas are not affected and are available for renters to use fully.
  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.

Cancellation Policy

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
